We run several types of Open Swim sessions. Choose either a Mother & Baby, Parent and Child, Ladies Only or even a Lights Out swim where our pool is only illuminated by our underwater lights.

Pole Fit Classes

This one hour class is a fun filled, all-inclusive experience that introduces you to the world of Pole Fitness. Our instructors are ‘Xpert‘ qualified and will guide you with their passion and expertise to safely gain strength, flexibility and confidence.
