Discovery 1 (Newborn to 5 Months)

Discovery 1 is a gentle and welcoming introduction to swimming for babies from newborn to 5 months old, perfect for little ones with little or no previous water experience.

With a parent or carer in the pool, babies will explore the water through songs, sensory activities and fun age-appropriate exercises.

Discovery 1 also introduces safe and gentle submersions, always at a pace that suits your baby.

Our sessions are relaxed, supportive, and focused on making your baby's first experiences in the water enjoyable and positive.

*At least one adult is required to be in the water with each littleone

This is a personalised swimming session for £47.50 per session, led by our dedicated SEN Specialist Instructor. Every lesson is carefully tailored to meet the unique needs, abilities, and learning style of each swimmer, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and confident in the water.

Our SEN sessions are designed to create a calm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where swimmers can develop at their own pace. Using a patient, child-led approach, we focus on building confidence, water safety, and essential swimming skills while making every lesson enjoyable and rewarding.
